Investors (and even traders) need to read between the lines and piece together strings of information (whether PR'd or not) to try to get a better picture of what is going on to give them an advantage in the market. Basically, this is DD with intelligent reasoning.

What was the lowest SP that analysts' recently gave for VERB?

How far from that is today's SP?

Theoretically, how much longer would it take before VERB's SP reaches that of the analyst's SP if the rate of increase over the past 2 months continued?

How much longer (theoretically) would it take to get to the exercise price of the common warrants?

What happens to VERB's SP once warrants are exercised?

Does the exercising of warrants give cash to the company?

What if the cash from warrant exercising and revenue prevents the need to have a cash raise solely for daily operational costs?

What if a cash raise is done for other reasons, like another acquisition?

What would the SP do if it was an acquisition?

Bottom line is one needs to do critical thinking, and not jump at conclusions as to what is happening behind the scenes of a company. If one were to wait until it was "announced", it would be a little too late imo.
