To be clear, I am not interested in a negative-only vs positive-only discourse. Only pursuit of logic and reality. Yes, there has been more demand than supply in the time period you mentioned. Obviously the reverse has been true for other periods. There is nothing I can think of that would indicate new market information has informed this.

There is absolutely, positively, no doubt whatsoever that a raise is required. I would think that when that happens and this level is sustained it will indicate a new level of support in this region for the stock. I certainly do not think it is out of the woods there, however.
