This is largely confirmation bias with a few exceptions. Yes there are a few crappy analysts that have a higher price target on the stock. They are the types of firms that only ever have higher price targets on stocks and are usually right half the time. Then there the many, better, analysts who have not covered the stock likely because they do not yet find it interesting.
There is no chance whatsoever that warrant exercise and sales will fund the company. I hope this is not something you think is possible that you are "reading between the lines".
I have no idea what the SP would do if there was an acquisition. That would be market driven depending on the acquisition and terms of the deal.
It is far, far, far more evidenced that there will be a cash raise then there will be an accretive acquisition at this time. That should not be controversial.
