CRTG... QS... I have a basic knowledge of the Prov'l Patent, and it says that an application for a full Patent can be presented once the P-Patent date has expired, or less than that 1 year deadline!! The full context of the patent must match what the P-Patent expresses or they would never allow another P-Patent extension for the same product!

Now, and I am not a trusting person w regard to P-Stocks, I have seen NO indication that a Patent Application was filed, though I may be wrong as I haven't seen all the PR's!

I wonder what KRAFT meant when he said soon after the Breakup with NDSU, which was: "The CHS product is ours?" It would have been great if he explained what he meant by that? It sounds to me, if that is what KRAFT said, is that he made an arrangement with the NDSU people to take over the Patent for CHS, which would be necessary if CRTG was to make such a statement! It is "Ours" sounds so absolute, but the actions thereafter do not match that statement IMO?
