The full context of the patent must match what the P-Patent expresses or they would never allow another P-Patent extension for the same product!

Provisional patents are not extended, they expire. I'm not sure what you are trying to say, but this is from the USPO:

The filing date of a provisional application is the date on which a written description of the invention, and drawings if necessary, are received in the USPTO. To be complete, a provisional application must also include the filing fee, and a cover sheet specifying that the application is a provisional application for patent. The applicant would then have up to 12 months to file a nonprovisional application for patent as described above. The claimed subject matter in the later filed nonprovisional application is entitled to the benefit of the filing date of the provisional application if it has support in the provisional application.

Now, and I am not a trusting person w regard to P-Stocks, I have seen NO indication that a Patent Application was filed, though I may be wrong as I haven't seen all the PR's!

The provisional was filed in March of 2019 per Michael Kraft. During the conference call in July he said the full patent had been applied for and said that typically that document gets published in 6 to 7 months. I found the filing and it was dated from October. There's no "PR" that states it was filed, it was filed. Period.

I wonder what KRAFT meant when he said soon after the Breakup with NDSU, which was: "The CHS product is ours?" It would have been great if he explained what he meant by that? It sounds to me, if that is what KRAFT said, is that he made an arrangement with the NDSU people to take over the Patent for CHS, which would be necessary if CRTG was to make such a statement! It is "Ours" sounds so absolute, but the actions thereafter do not match that statement IMO?

You'd need to include more of the facts surrounding that statement to understand what was meant. I already expressed doubt that was an exact and direct quote.
