I think it’s a bit disingenuous and am willing to debate this point, but I do not believe employees “chose” to accept shares instead of cash because they had no choice, as the board voted on a cash preservation plan with 25% reduction for executives and board members, and 20% for all others with the difference being paid in restricted common shares.
