wavxmaster, it's my understanding that Seagate has never ever been a bundler of an ISV partner's software, so if indeed they do license TDM for distribution into certain of their channels, I think it would be a milestone.

From Wave's perspective there are some advantages to dealing direct with PC OEMs for distribution of TDM. First, the OEM can brand it, be it TDM for Dell ETS, TDM for Gateway ETS and hopefully TDM for HP ProtectTools. Second, distributing through the PC OEMs may have less of a tendency to commoditize TDM as might be the case through Seagate, as Seagate's objective to always sell their drives as cheap as possible with the cost of FDE eventually becoming transparent.

All of that said, SKS mentioned three times in the CC that Wave expects Seagate to be involved.
