Thanks. I really don't completely understand why Seagate wouldn't want to offer a complete solution irregardless if it is going to an OEM or an individual.

Perhaps this analogy is incorrect:

If I wnated an Onstar System (auto industry) for my car, I wouldn't want to have to first buy the hardware, then have to locate, buy, and then load the software that gives Onstar its functionality! Seems it would be a marketing nightmare.

I would assume in the beginning most FDEs will go to OEMs, except for those who already have TPM equipped machines and want the FDE as an add on.
