Does anyone think IR talks to management daily to ask just how close there are to filing the AUDITED 9/30 10Q

I doubt it.

When the auditor is satisfied he'll sign off and they'll file it period.

I believe they have 30 days to be late filing or they'll be de-listed to the pinks. I'll wager they file at the last minute. just like most things in life get done only when its down to the wire and the buzzer is going to ring. Like taxes are filed on 4/15 and not before.

I'm predicting a very merry Xmas for CBAY longs.

VFIN has been 1% of the daily volume. He's no threat to the pps. It's comical to watch him follow the market down in a sell off, position himself on the best offer, print a few and reposition himself higher in the ask. VFIN wants to lead lead the pps higher - If people would just follow.

Want a laugh. Look at the OCTL board. mm's VERT and DOMS have lead that stock higher for 3 months - and people followed! That company is running on hot air and down the road pipe dreams. CBAY has way more value than OCTL (a non-reporting pinky) but that stock is about to print 3.20

Sky you need to save those poor soals on that board as the sellers there have been taking them to the cleaners.

CBAY has ~100M in assets with an audit's stamp soon to be affixed. When the 9/30 10Q removes all doubt this stock is going to be the talk of IHUB. CBAY will be #1 on IHUB's front page, right in front of SLJB - Thats where I've put my money, on CBAY
