Below is the Figure 3 I was referring to showing that most placebo patients were responders and a few were super-responders in the trofinetide. Visit 7 was at 54 days in the study or 40 days on treatment, most comparable to the A273 final visit at 7 weeks. Placebo response is real and significant. As Steady posted, there can be significant variability. Hopefully there will be some placebo data by the first quarter. I'm looking forward to see if higher doses will perform better.
