There are two prevailing theories on this board regarding the pending audit which I used in my Occam's example. We do know for a fact there is a lawsuit pending at this time. Is it not reasonable to suspect there are legal issues that are holding up the audit that we do not even know about? Can you prove there is not? I have six figures in this company and haven't flipped one single share. I'm after the truth no matter how painful it may be.
