Hahaha wow, such bullshit. That is not an example of Occams Razor. The statement as given between the two choices is total crap.

The example of Occam's Razor here is: Initial uplisting Audits take long than anyone wants. RBSM is not contractually bound to make any date at this point, and they only apply so many resources to a level that AMFE represents to them: A small growth company, just takes time. It sucks, it can be frustrating, but that is the simplest answer and reality.
