So here's a hypothetical question not based on any fact. But what will or can happen if Arris wants to buy the patents? Would Chanbond/UOIP still be allowed to go after any past infringers or is everything just a mute point once patents are purchased? Or maybe it depends on the specifics of the deal? Thank you
