Selling has dried up... Will take time for people to move their bids up on a grey sheet ticker regardless how much DD is has going for it. This is a big pacer for us - shows Arris is officially out of contention for any leverage. They waited too long now their fate is at the hands of the MSOs weak case they are presenting currently. If Arris is smart they will take matters into their own hands and get this settled up with a buyout (very possible with Commscope's cash).
