8/1/18 OS: 465,606,556. Dilution clearly hasn't ended.
LIBE's Transfer Agent (Olde Monmouth) just updated LIBE's OS count at OTCMarkets, and as of August 1, 2018, it is now 465,606,556 shares. That's a 67.37M (16.9%) increase since the July 1, 2018 report of 389.2M, and shows a greater boost than the 30M - 50M expected by many here.
Barring some kind of deal struck in the next couple of weeks, the OS will likely crack 500M this month, and will put the lie to CEO Conway's oft-repeated claim that, despite the official 2B AS on file with the State of Nevada, the true AS is only 500M, with 1.5M reserved to cover a lawsuit.
