what the hey, i have time on my hands so i will go over this again for the 100th time with you. Rich secured a non death spiral loan from the awesome magna. this is just speculation on my part- butt my guess is Rich thought he would get treated fairly by Magna because Magna's grandfather was on the $YIPI board - didn't happen. Magna gonna do what magna does not matter what you think you sign or who is on your board- that is how awesome Magna is.
