You think Magna had NO background when Rich picked them?
You really think No Due Diligence was done by him before choosing Magna?
Think about it Rich Chose them, according to him a very bad choice for your CEO/whoever, Don't you think? I would be very wary of an owner making such a bad decision. And not ONE Mention of the Financials Hmmm!!!
