How is this even legal to the commons who didn't release????

The releases 'ONLY' gave you the new WMIH shares!

HOW CAN 'Commons get it all' IF some of the commons are left out?

The 'left over Estate' would belong to ALL commons, EVEN the 'cancelled/non-releasers', would it not? Should it not? IMO
