No, the release is like a contract.

The WAMUQ, WAMPQ, WAMKQ AND REIT securities no longer exist as they previously did prior to approval of POR7.

They were all cancelled along with their respective documentation, thus eliminating all previous rights and ownership claims.

This is the same as stock being cancelled by the estate, except we were issued Markers to represent those ownership interests.

If Safe Harbor was 100% bankruptcy remote then it would not recognize the Releases since this was a bankruptcy process.

This means that those who did not release could be eligible to receive distributions from bankruptcy remote Safe Harbor assets???.

I think not since most here understand that it is only those who provided timely Releases are eligible for any distributions.
