People I know some of the theories put out as of late have disturbed some here it went from commons get everything to a possible tender offer and now this latest a share value swap at the 75/25.

Remember it has ALWAYS been suggested here that the 75/25% WAS FOR SHARE DISTRIBUTIONS ONLY CORRECT??????????????????

Would a SHARE swap not be a SHARE distribution????? It hit me this a.m, as I am continually trying to figure HOW DA BOYZ can legally come out with MORE here BUT at the same time, maintain the % balance of ownership so there is NO ownership change or loss of the use of the NOL's......

This imho would be one of the ways the could do it.
And put what every numbers you want in the slots 20 bill coming back 90 bill coming back, 1 bill shares issued for value of 2 bill, and then do the math..........

No matter how ya do it , you're/WE'RE all still in a very nice boat!!!

And funny enough in a ROUND about way, this has sort of been put forth here by AZ for some time hasn't it?
