Metamaterial, from these comments I highlighted below from past articles about CHS we can see that CHS could potentially be a good replace for these chemicals . Dow Corning built a plant in 2011 for 100 million dollars for the production of Monosilane and Coretec has mentioned in an article a while back that CHS could be a replacement for monosilane and other silanes. Monosilane and these others listed in these articles below were and I assume are still today big revenue generators . If CHS replaces these silanes I'm hoping that Coretec can bring in big revenues .In what areas of technology and what applications are monosilane and these others used ?

CHS is a more benign liquid phase alternative to gaseous silane (SiH4) and corrosive trichlorosilane (HSiCl3), tetrachloride (SiCl4), or dichlorosilane (SiH2Cl2) commonly used for manufacturing silicon devices ......CHS has a number of advantages over commonly used monosilane, according to Doug Freitag, vice president of technology and business development at 3DIcon. The first is that CHS packs more silicon per molecule than monosilane does.
