You are absolutely correct. When they went to Golden State it was brutal on the company. God forbid they do that again. As far as dilution, you can expect continue dilution for at least the near term. All they have for now to raise money is stock. Revenue is imminent but it will take time to get enough revenue to cover the burn rate. Keep in mind that Elon Musk, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates and many other great entrepreneurs took large amounts of dilution but it was offset by growth in the stock price over the long term. So if you are a long term investor you count on the stock growth. Short term, you can only count on luck.
