Full disclosure, just saw Jerry thinks this should have been added as well to fully diluted.

Share-settled debt and accrued interest, at fair value 30,932 -
Convertible notes and accrued interest 27,501



That would put us about 50 million over the 450 million limit.
I'm not certain it has not already been included.
Exwannabe does not necessarily believe the share settled debt and accrued interest would count into a fully diluted total.
