Hey Talon and everyone else, thanks for the replys.

I guess my main point on all this is: Markets and related share-prices are ALWAYS forward looking, it never really matters what a company did or didnt do last quarter or prior fiscal year...its all about the future. One thing that is somewhat comforting is that in the last 1.5 years, Institutional ownership of Anavex has increased pretty dramatically and seems to continue, although not the pace it was in Q1. Unlike most of what we post here, that is fact and can be proven.

I was agreeable with the silence coming from the Company......about 2 months ago. While Missling may be holding the winning hand, and all will be forgiven in the long-run, the lack of information and data is creating more questions than answers inside the investment community, and allows short-sellers to capitalize on the backs of retail. Im sure some people have been crushed by margin calls or triggered many Stop-loss orders. This creates much instability in share-price, and this situation has been going on for over 6 months. I have owned stock of companies with excellent CEO's who would try to crush short-sellers in very aggressive manner. One such company/CEO has made short-sellers lose 7.8 billion this year alone, a staggering figure. He even dared a major short-seller to short his stock. That stock has been very, very stable the last 52 weeks and the share price is up over 150% since January. If Missling is in fact sitting on good data, he needs to use this to his advantage, but has chosen not to. Why? As a former investment banker, he surely knows how to play the game.

And yes Talon, did a short I.A. stint to Oregon/Washington border on some lighting strikes, but go pulled back north to Idaho 2 weeks later. We are probably leaving again soon, but I hear some rain me be coming for the Northern Rockies by weeks end, usually this late in the year that means a "season ending event".

Good luck
