Alphapuppy, what do you think happened to the trial in Mid June of '15?

Per your model, all 11 patients randomized post 6/15 into the control arm were alive and progression free (as of the 2/'17 data cut) . While in the treatment arm, 21 of 28 (PFS) evented.

That is a large benefit towards the control arm, well past the bounds of random chance.

Did something happen to the trial back then?
