His promise to roll the other 49% into ICNB troubles me because I don't see how he can do that without the permission and agreements of the 8% of Friday Night's and others, whoever they may be. Consider if you were one the owners. Why on earth would you want to join the dilution machine, when you've already got X% of the really valuable part of the company, Bellissima?

So was he plain out lying when he said that or did he really think ICNB would be sailing by now? Like everything here, no one really knows.
