I posted a link to it about 2 weeks ago, it was in their filings with the Canadian exchange but it was over a year ago. So the "I'll move 100% into ICNB" was probably never something he could've done even if he wanted to.
The remaining 7% they haven't bought yet, I guess at 3.5M they think Bellissima isn't worth it right now and who blames them.

Interesting also that someone got an "out of office" response from DeCicco - could it be because he doesn't want to answer to why the financials are looking so bad??
