Gator (and Ziggy, too), is it possible that the holdback on data is that Dr. M wants to have the Plus Patent in hand beffore any disclosure is made?

My thought is that some combo-therapy participants switched to mono for the new trial and have shown significant improvement, and as a precaution against jeopardizing the Plus Patent's issuance, the Anavex staff and attorneys have decided to refrain from releasing it until Anavex is in possession of the patent.
