Plus Patent, signed sealed and delivered should be in hands of Anavex at the time of the Quarterly Report next week.

Also one can not license until one has secured the IP.

That has been my thought since the beginning. I had mentioned in my previous ramblings...many posts ago, that the timing of the final plus patent rejection (probably a surprise to anavex) coincides with the timing of pulling 15 month data abstracts...and then nothing since.
