If it was a printer issue, try to find the support for an upscale model from the same mfg, on their website.

Several years ago I was having issues with my home printer, at the time, we were leasing an upscale model at work from the same mfgr. While I was acquainting myself the manual for the work unit, I found a reference to the problem at home. Now when I have problems at home I head straight to the web support for the commercial products. I may have to try a couple of different manuals, but I usually find it (or something close enough to get it working).

In case I forgot to mention it above, Always Just My Opinion
