Yeah this looks like an easy remodeling job so shouldn't take too long. I doubt any kitchen work needs to be done, just a slap of paint and change of floor with some shelves. The shelves will probably take the longest of the project itself. I don't foresee any plumbing that should have to be done unless they need to increase size of restrooms or it doesn't have a sprinkler system. Electrical very minor if nothing at all.
