Yeah no major hardware changes as the building already was coded for the functions i.e. catering and 2 level entertaining.. so really your just going in there and stripping floor, some tables, lighting.. all the fascia.. etc..
but your not breaking 'concrete' foundational, as it seems to me.. which means a fast turn around..
