What we can learn from photos. Spring Rolls are out and Snakes is in. It has been leased. When I saw this, my first thought was, A month from now we are half way through July. I began thinking about some Hell's Kitchen episodes I have watched. Seems like when they got close to the final episodes of the season the finalists would get a restaurant in the raw and completely decorate it and remodel it to what ever décor and style they wanted and this went down in a matter of days. Put up shelves for games, move tables around, build a bar etc.
