I think the first big strat NR we get will not be when testing is completed, but rather when Raytheon has seen enough to commit and THAT will be the "material event" event.

I'm also thinking that the glaring lack of mention of GTE on Monday and in the AP story may indicate posturing for a spin-off of Sanswire. Or am I reading too much into it?
