I don't think you will see a spin-off of Sanwire. IMO, It will be a partnership short term, then buyout of GTE. As for Raytheon being involved, I believe they are. IMO, they are ready to pull the trigger some point in the future. For me, the 10 million dollar question, "What point of Strat testing satisfies Raytheon to pull the Trigger". I think long term GTE will be purchased by Raytheon and ran as a seperate divisions. Then down the road they will sell off individual divisions as they see fit. The last question, What is the value of GTE to Raytheon. They have less than 500 million shares outstanding, so it most certainly won't be a 1 for 1 buyout. It just says that a whole lot is riding on this first round of testing. One other note, before any buyout could move forward, the Lawsuits will have to be resolved. Which would mean NR's on Strat testing and other events to bring the SP higher than it was after the Russia deal was announced. That is why a partnership first that ultimately turns into a buyout. Plus GTE shareholders would have a larger profit this way. Just like Huff and Dumas said, Added Shareholder value.
