I am wondering why does it matter. Or are you worried that Seth was not able to get the scoop first. That is why GTE is not issuing NR's anymore unless they are a material event under the AMEX guidelines. They may not release news of the Strat testing until the testing is completed. IMHO, Seth has a source at the AMEX, and GTE knows it, thus by releasing news in this matter, shuts Seth out.
