What exactly are you talking about here

Cowan completely committed malpractice. And it takes a lot of time to catch up numerous delinquent quarters. This is a long process and an auditor can only work so fast

It is also irresponsible to blame Seth Shaw for any of this. Why would you? It sounds absurd

First the supposed "wash trade" non sense and now Cowan didn't commit malpractice?

I think Seth is doing an admirable job
