Yup...and it's been a long road of EXCUSES and EMPTY PROMISES.

First it was all Cowan's fault...they wouldn't return the "work papers"...
Frankly, if you read the deposition that is touted so frequently, it's debatable whether or not TAUG needed to get any papers FROM COWAN....
but we'll let the court hash that out.

They got their "papers" in March...
since then it's been 6 months + of "any day now"...
"by the end of summer"
"working expeditiously"
"working diligently"

So sad...so pathetic...
