...OF DOING WHAT? Seth Shaw is spending far and away the bulk of his time chasing other "interests"! Check-out Facebook or the many claims of "outside" financing deals posted to this Board! As far as TAUG is concerned, Shaw is sitting on his thumb waiting on the auditors and attorneys! Shaw will do so as long as the Cowan litigation continues! TAUG has no money to buy anyone and any RESPONSIBLE AND DESIRABLE merger partner would refuse to be strapped with the sunk costs, plus significant uncertainty, associated with the Cowan action. TAUG HAS NOTHING THAT MIGHT BE REMOTELY ATTRACTIVE TO ANYONE, i.e. no products, no assets (check the balance sheet), no money, no expertise, no plan, and the list goes on!

IMO...SETH SHAW IS DOING VIRTUALLY NOTHING ON BEHALF OF THE RETAIL TAUG INVESTORS!
If so, what is it, and how much of each day might be devoted to this virtuous endeavor? Whatever the supposed "productive activity" might be (hmmm...hiring an auditor and hiring an attorney?), is it worth the 37.5 million TAUG shares that Shaw delivered to himself on March 30? When will Shaw decide to grab more?
