Lmao, on what grounds, the judge in Florida did not feel the need to dismiss the case, but rather grant a change of venue to be heard in front of a judge in NJ..... That tells me that Cowan will not be getting away from their deliberate actions involving MALPRACTICE.....

You do know that offering TAUG settlement $$$$ is an admission of guilt right?

Cudos to Seth (the little guy) for sticking to his guns by not accepting a 7 figure low ball offer from Cowans insurance !!
