Do you really think a New Jersey jury will treat Cowan any differently than a Florida jury. I trust Seth and I trust his judgment in attorney. IMO i don't think they care whether the case is heard in Florida, in New Jersey or on the moon.

Brave front from a guy who has cost TAUG a few hundred thousand and appears to be just getting started.

So the Johnny and April Johnny mantra is now "New Jersey is where we always wanted to be."

We shall see if that is still the thought process early in December when Cowan makes a Motion for Dismissal.
