I've never posted here to establish credibility and I've never heard of cafe pharma, but I googled it to see what you were talking about and noticed you left out a key quote. The way it reads for me is:

What is going on in September?
What news are they going to announce? Any insight?

On the contrary- the interim analysis failed to show benefit to date, and more importantly, AZ finally launching EPANOVA!

My manager, told me to start puting out my resume and cover my tracks. She said it doesn't look good for us and the severance package isn't going to be generous.

Now I have no idea who these people are that are posting or if they have any sort of reliable information, but the missing quote clearly changes the dynamic of the conversation. In my opinion it is likely that neither scenario is true, but if posters here are going to extrapolate scenarios based on the information provided to the board, I would prefer that they have all the information necessary to consider negative scenarios as well.
