It's a good thing you're so knowledgeable in pretty much everything and know exactly how an NDA would work.

I asked a very knowledgeable and respected lawyer back in early October, if an NDA would work exactly like it has with Neil Woodford, and this lawyer told me yes, it was. The lawyer told me the only way someone under an NDA could buy shares was through a private placement. And that is exactly what NW did in mid October.

But I guess that since you state that's not how it works, you probably would know better, you being an expert in law now... in addition to being a biotech analyst with a hedge fund, a professional poker player, as well as various other professions.
