I keep telling yah all that Pyr is a GREAT writer, a prolific writer but like any writer they do a certain amount of research to become familiar with their subject matter, quote a lot and write and they don't stop writing. I have asked him repeatedly what he does in the real world and he has always ignored me.
How can someone be all knowing. an expert in what seems like every field under the sun relating to stocks/companies/business/law/biotech etc.
If he was a genius and knew everything would he be out making money, what is the point for being here ....I am telling you he is a writer, a great one, a very convincing one but he hasn't left his apartment in 7 years..........thats all.....we dod members believe his every words yet ignore the real members who are doctors and scientists and stock traders? This place is wracked imho.
Again this all my opinion.

Whatever I am, I'm making a lot of money off NWBO. For three years now. Every exit was at a higher price than my entry. Except for one puts purchase I closed at a loss (after making two profitable puts trades).

Instead, based on whatever "logic" they are using, die hard longs are staring at 80% or greater losses (with few exceptions).

This complete failure of theirs is not just ignoring some swings of the market and sticking by their fundamentals--the fundamentals have changed for the worse in several important ways, and yet this has been ignored.

I'm making money. That's the point of investing. So I don't need to prove anything. That's proof enough.

“you being an expert in law now... in addition to being a biotech analyst with a hedge fund, a professional poker player, as well as various other professions.”

Well, this skit comes to mind

Oh sorry I finally read all of your post this time.

So let me make sure I understand you and your plea to authority.

You are saying that a well respected lawyer you had a convo with told you that anyone can get inside info as long as they sign an NDA after and thereunder can still obtain shares via private placement (or not, if they choose not to).

That whatcha saying?
