The reason the FED case was filed in the first case is because of the crazy patchwork quilt of delays that state courts allow. Besides, when the Fed case is finally adjudicated, the state case will die anyway.

IF, and that is a big IF, the state case ever gets to court ... it will be in 2018 or 2019.

It does not really matter for IFUS anyway. It's not like they're "in business." $150/yr income is not being "in business." And nothing is going on to this very day. And I mean nothing as NOTHING! NOTHING is being made and NOTHING is being sold.
