Would you mind posting the sentence, phrase or explanation where JS and SA explain how this was all going to benefit the shareholders? If you look hard enough, I'm sure it's in the document somewhere. I'm pretty sure they were doing this out of the goodness of their hearts to save the company so that the shareholders would benefit.

On second thought, if they called the new company Absorbeez, Inc. the only shareholders were themselves. Hmmmm...
