Check the dates. Ifus filed within the legal guidelines so the time line has no bearing. Ergo no statute of limitations issues or it would have been thrown out.

Back to the truth as INDICATED IN THE FILE and not by speculation. The boot boys gave incredible answers when confronted with the truth with hard evidence. "We didn't know we were breaking the law."
