Maybe posting the entire document would be preferable? Unless, as I suspect, MW is afraid of the backlash. No securities attorney I've talked to can understand why MW just doesn't walk away and plead for mercy. Of course, he knows he has deeply offended both the Boom Bros.. IMO, not only will they refuse him mercy, but he can never get back the patent under any circumstance.

It really is over. MW knows that. His attorneys know that. And both MW and the attorneys know that Energy Supreme LLC knows that.
