Wait a sec. I don't think I said that NW "failed" to file. I think that word is rather too strong. NW obviously did not file a sec form 3 or 4 to my knowledge. I want to know whether he has to or not because IMO it is relevant to know to judge what insiders think about the future prospects of a company which is why form 4 requirements exist. I want to verify the accuracy of your statements in regards to individuals vs group setting like legal entities. My initial guess would be that there is no differentiation but I want to verify the accuracy of that guess. So whether NW "failed" to file the correct forms or not is up for verification, but it is a fact that the sec site shows no such filings of form 3 or 4.
