Feel like you're about to argue what the meaning of "is" is. True you didn't specifically state that Woodford failed to file a 4, but your posts and the attachment sure infer the heck out of it.
Feel free to verify it with the SEC or anyone else you want, but I believe they'll verify the 13g filings are correct since only the Woodford fund is listed as a party to the purchase. Called my broker and he confirmed it.
